WHAT IS QUANTUM IMPACT LEADERSHIP
Traditionally, as a leader you are responsible for at least three things.
Firstly, you are responsible for leading and developing your people to be relevantly competent for performing the job and highly motivated in attaining the goals/targets assigned to them.
Secondly, you are responsible for building a tightly cohesive team work in the highest emotional-engagement.
Thirdly, you are responsible for preparing a candidate to replace you by the time you are off. Those three leadership responsibilities are mostly practiced by leaders in common.
But if you are a quantum impact leader, your responsibility is heavier than the leadership normality. You will be a strategic transformer for quantum impact in the TRANSFORMATION PROCESS.
Leadership is not a process of managing the human behavior [hardware]. It is tapping the highest potential faculty of the mind [software] to result in quantum impact in achieving a assigned mission.
The brain is mind machinery, consisting of two parts: hardware and software. The hardware is an internal organ which we call BRAIN. The software, is a mental processing machine,we call MIND .
Quantum impact leadership is more about creatively building the intangible human capital for steady and substantial growth of institutional value through developing the human potential faculty. Quantum impact leadership is focused on producing substantial impact in the leadership.
To implement the concept and principles of quantum impact leadership [strategic leadership], the leader must change the paradigm of power utilization. Otherwise, you will be trapped in the trivial-many which belongs to short term operational management.
VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY ENERGY
As a quantum impact leader, you must have deep understanding the law of vibrational frequency energy. This is very crucial in strategic leadership communication. Because if your level of vibrational frequency is at a high level, talking about visionary issues, while your people’s level of frequencies are at low random levels, then the communication will not be effective. In other words, your people will not practically understand the strategic dreams you are talking about. Because you and your people are not in the same level of frequency. Therefore your strategic leadership will not be effective due to different level of energy.
LAW OF ATTRACTION
Law of attraction is not a magic, it’s a logics. When you have a strong want, there is an invisible process in the conscious and subconscious mechanism that helps you to manifest what you want. You attract what you want by sending vibrational frequency toward what you desperately want. That is attraction.
How to know that your mind is at high vibrational frequency, producing a big amount of energy that make you feel highly passionate to embody a vivid mental picture you have created in your mind.

Military leadership has a typical principles. The first and the most important principle of military leadership is mission focus. This means that the leader must completely focus the mind on achieving the mission. The leader must ensure that every action taken and resources used by the team shall be aiming at achievement of the mission.
By understanding the concept and principles of military leadership, you will be able to enhance your managerial capability and leadership capacity and development of your people’s highest potential capital, so that they can more productive and be able to strengthen the resilience and enhance the performance of the institution.

BRIEF PROFILE OF THE SPEAKERS
Willy Susilo is a Doctor in business management graduated from IPB University. He has had comprehensive experience both in industry and education. He invested more than 20 years of his professional life in industry and another 10 years in education and consulting company. He initially worked for Salim Group as Human Capital and Quality Executive for more than 17 years; and in Jardine Group, as a General Manager for more than 3 years. He was a Vice Rector [Academic Director] and Chairman of Business School for 4 years at ITHB. As a senior business consultant he has assisted hundreds of companies and educational institutions for improvement of quality and human capital systems through training and consulting services. For the last 20 years, he has written more than 50 books on the topics of his expertise. Now he is active as a part-time lecturer and management consultant for his own business institution.
Desi Albert Mamahit lulusan AKABRI Laut [1984]. dan Master in Management, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey California, USA [1998]. Mengikuti berbagai pendidikan pelatihan di Perancis, Inggris, Jerman, Australia dan Amerika Serikat. Pernah bertugas sebagai pengamat militer PBB [United Nations Military Observer] di Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia dan Serbia, juga sebagai Atase Pertahanan Urusan Laut di KBRI Washington DC, USA. Pernah ditugaskan di beberapa instansi Pemerintah antara lain TNI AL, Mabes TNI, Kementerian Koordinator Polhukam, Kementerian Pertahanan, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, BIN [Badan Intelijen Negara] dan Badan Keamanan Laut RI. Jabatan terakhir sebagai Kepala BAKAMLA RI dan Rektor Universitas Pertahanan Indonesia [Unhan]. Ia menyelesaikan pendidikan S3 [Program Doktor] pada Sekolah Bisnis IPB University, jurusan Business and Management dengan konsentrasi bidang pemasaran. Selepas dari kedinasan, aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan. Antara lain sebagai Ketua International Research and Development Indonesia (IRDI). Pendiri dan Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar Ju Jit Su Indonesia [salah satu Cabang Olah Raga bela diri]. Wakil Ketua Himpunan Alumni Sekolah Bisnis IPB University. Aktif sebagai pembicara di berbagai konferensi/seminar di dalam negeri dan luar negeri.
