MENTAL FACTORY MANAGEMENT
Human brain is a mental factory, consisting of two big parts: hardware and software. The hardware is an internal organ what we call BRAIN. The software is processing machine to produce the intended products, what we call MIND. The mental machine works in three stages, input, process and output stage. In order to produce desired outputs and outcome, there must be quality control in every stage of the systems. In order to make the quality control effective, there must be standard criteria determined for reference of control in all the stages. This is what we call control systems in Mental Factory Management. A person as an individual or a group of people in an institution which have deep understanding of the mind systems and possess good mental controlling skills, will certainly be more creatively productive and more successful.

BRIEF PROFILE OF THE SPEAKER
Willy Susilo is a Doctor in business management graduated from IPB University. He has had comprehensive experience both in industry and education. He invested more than 20 years of his life in industry and another 10 years in education and consulting company as well. He initially worked for Salim Group as Quality Manager and Human Resource senior staff for more than 17 years; and in Jardine Group, as a General Manager in a shipping company for more than 3 years. He was a Vice Rector and as a Chairman of Business School for 4 years at ITHB-Bandung. As a senior business consultant he has assisted hundreds of companies and educational institutions for improvement of quality and human capital systems through training and consulting services. For the last 20 years, he has written more than 50 books on the topics of his expertise. Now he is active as a part-time lecturer and management consultant for his own business institution.
